Job Description
Role Purpose:
Provide general technical advice with a limited degree of autonomy under the supervision of their manager, ensuring regulatory compliance in client assets, the proper execution of construction work, the operation and contractual compliance of maintenance or general services (if apply) within the properties, and tenant support.
Responsibilities:
Clients & Business Development: Client Care
- Support the implementation of the client's technical management strategy.
- Collaborate with the asset management team to ensure technical management contributes to business development.
- Provide support for client management initiatives and objectives.
- Attend client meetings to provide relevant technical insights.
Operations & Risk Management: Supervision of Works and Maintenance
- Assist in supervising of maintenance or general services (if apply) of managed buildings.
- Learn and apply knowledge of relevant regulations for technical management.
- Coordinate and follow up on work performed by qualified third parties.
- Request and compare quotations from external providers and collaborate in selecting optimal options.
- Assist in implementing internal processes related to quality, safety, regulations, and risk management.
- Participate in document management and custody of relevant technical information.
- Collaborate in maintaining harmony between daily asset operations and ongoing construction work.
- Take a proactive approach in following up with supervisors to accelerate learning in assigned functions.
Other Support Functions
- Assist in managing incidents and operational inquiries.
- Help coordinate service and procurement contracts.
- Support the process of coordinating tenant works.
Document and Financial Management: Documentation & Budgets
- Collaborate in updating and organizing the asset’s technical documentation.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of operational expense budgets.
- Contribute to the generation of periodic management reports.
- Assist in controlling costs and timelines for extraordinary works related to CAPEX.
People & Professional Development
- Participate in corporate and training initiatives within the company.
- Learn about Cushman & Wakefield’s organizational structure and business divisions.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with other areas such as sustainability, project management, and consulting.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent professional certification and 1-2 years of experience relevant to the local market and services or equivalent. Please note that education and years of experience are provided as general guidelines and not meant to serve as mandatory criteria.
