Job Description Summary
Seeking a professional with strong expertise in **real estate project monitoring, construction management, and cost estimation**. The role involves overseeing residential, commercial, and township projects by monitoring construction progress, preparing budgets and cash flows, reviewing contracts, approvals, compliance, quality, safety, project timelines, and financial performance. The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, assess project risks, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and deliver high-quality project monitoring and advisory services.
Job Description
About the Role:
Monitor and evaluate residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Review development regulations, statutory approvals, and building approval processes.
Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Conduct site visits to assess construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
Verify bills and certify work completed at construction sites.
Review project schedules, timelines, procurement status, and contract execution.
Monitor project financials, including sales MIS, collections, ESCROW accounts, and budget utilization.
Assess project risks and ensure compliance with deal covenants and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve project issues.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, construction technologies, and industry
best practices while ensuring timely delivery of project monitoring and advisory assignments.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Real Estate.
1–2 years of experience in project management or bill certification.
Experience in the Indian real estate and construction sector.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and financial principles.
Ability to analyze complex business and financial documents.
Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work full-time at project sites.
