Job Description
What will be your responsibilities?
Responsibility for financial and administrative processes related to a specific property
Invoicing rent, service charges, marketing fees, and re-invoicing, revenue control, receivables control
Processing incoming invoices, allocating costs to cost centers
Processing bank payments
Preparing annual reconciliations of operating/marketing costs
Preparing financial sections of property/asset management reports and compiling monthly reports
Ongoing monitoring of income and expenses for a specific property, calculating available cash flow, and reconciling bank accounts
Preparing annual budgets
Processing lease agreements and maintaining their records
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with terms agreed in lease and other contracts
Communicating with property owners
Communicating with other company departments
Communicating with clients' accounting firms, tax advisors, etc.
Personality requirements and skills
Education in economics or finance is an advantage
Experience in real estate is a plus
Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
Basic understanding of VAT regulations
Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets
Good proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, multi-criteria summing, etc.)
Active knowledge of English – daily use at work
Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills
Professional communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
A team player, enthusiasm for work, and eagerness to learn
Abitility to organize your work well, due to peak seasons
