About the role:
* Manage and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
* Ensure proper document control processes, version control, and timely distribution of documents.
* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients for document submissions and approvals.
* Maintain document registers, trackers, and project records in line with company standards.
* Support audits by ensuring all project documentation is complete and up to date.
* Ensure compliance with document management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:
- 7+ Years of experience
- Knowledge of documentation tools.
- Must have completed at least 1 project as document controller.
