- Preparation of presentations and reports for potential leasing deals
- Assist senior team members in deal structuring and research
- Business Development:
- Research potential partners and leasing opportunities
- Attend meetings and events to support networking efforts
- Financial Modeling:
- Work on basic financial models and projections
- Learn to evaluate leasing cash flows, NPV
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Support communication with internal teams and external advisors
- Help maintain relationships with flex operators and developers
