About the Role:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR Shared Services support to a large employee population across the US and Canada, delivering timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee inquiries.
- Manage and support end-to-end employee transactions in Workday through Manager and Employee Self-Service (MSS/ESS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex employee cases and maintain service excellence.
- Maintain and audit employee records, documentation, reporting, and case management activities within Workday and ServiceNow while adhering to established SLAs and confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, testing activities, knowledge management, and mentoring of junior team members to enhance operational effectiveness.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a related HR function, including handling sensitive employee information.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and HR case management systems, with the ability to manage employee transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, show ownership and accountability, prioritize competing demands, and provide guidance, training, or mentoring to peers.
