Job Description Summary
The purpose of this role is to manage lease requirements, consult with solicitors on lease documentation for new sites and renewals, workflow processing and approvals in relation to lease billings and reconciliations and conduct quality reviews across lease abstractions and lease interpretation.

About the Role
You will manage end‑to‑end lease administration activities, ensuring accuracy across lease data, financial workflows, compliance certificates, revenue management and lease interpretation. You’ll work closely with solicitors, landlords, agents, and internal teams to ensure all lease documentation, renewals, options, new tenants and surrenders are executed correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lease Administration — Prepare WIP and Debtors reports, manage ongoing data accuracy, complete new site checklists, and review CPI/fixed increases
Financial Workflow Management — Approve recurring and non‑recurring payments, resolve exceptions, manage rent rolls, and oversee revenue recharges
Compliance & Quality Review — Conduct quality checks on compliance certificates, insurance documentation, and lease obligation summaries
Revenue Tenant Management — Review revenue rent rolls, manage recharges, follow up arrears, and support year‑end reconciliations
Solicitor Coordination — Instruct solicitors for renewals, options, new tenants and surrenders; ensure correct execution of lease documentation
Stakeholder Alignment — Work closely with Transaction Management to ensure all database entries, amendments and correspondence are accurate
About You
You bring strong property and lease administration experience, with the ability to manage complex documentation and financial processes. You offer:
Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
3+ years’ experience in property or lease management
Strong understanding of lease documentation, obligations and financial processes
Experience with property/lease management databases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across local and international teams
Strong client focus and ability to negotiate outcomes aligned with expectations
