Role Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager leads strategic real‑estate projects, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and the achievement of technical, financial, and planning objectives. The role delivers comprehensive project management services alongside technical due diligence, feasibility studies, dilapidations negotiations, and other assigned consultancy activities, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery — oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- Control risk, change, and quality — anticipate risks, validate change requests, and ensure all work meets technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and external teams — act as the client’s primary representative, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external consultants, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Deliver technical due diligence — lead the preparation, analysis, and final delivery of technical due diligence reports for real‑estate assets, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Engineering background — Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a technical Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
- Project leadership — 5+ years managing complex projects across design coordination, procurement, and execution in capital‑intensive or EPC settings.
- Strong communication — Able to align stakeholders, simplify technical topics, and build effective cross‑team collaboration.
- People‑focused leadership — Structured, trust‑driven approach that maintains momentum and team engagement.
- High resilience — Performs well in fast‑paced environments and takes initiative to keep projects advancing.
- Mobility readiness — Willing to travel to client sites and holds a valid Category B driver’s license.
- Language proficiency — Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
