About the Role
- Ensure TAM cases are completed daily within the stipulated rectification timings.
- Supervise completion of daily, weekly and monthly routine inspection. To audit on site and ensure records are properly documented.
- To perform site audit and ensure all relevant documentations required for troubleshooting are in place.
- To provide technical assistance to technicians during troubleshooting. Be able to interpret schematic diagrams or any relevant drawings to identify root cause.
- Facilities equipment data recording, documentation and reporting.
- Monitor and Audit Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary and Building spare parts. To ensure the level of spare parts are adequate for the operation Planned Preventive Maintenance Management
- Perform and Supervise PPM activities are duly completed on time as stipulated in Facility Programmed Maintenance (SFPM). To audit on site and ensure records documented.
- Manage and supervise contractor/vendor for Corrective and Preventive Maintenance audit on site and ensure records are properly documented.
- Assists engineers in the installation, modification and improvement works system/equipment and building work.
- Reporting of any abnormalities to engineer during auditing of maintenance checklist.
- Coordinate follow up rectification action.
- Execute and Audit Pre-Event Action Plans (PEAPs) to ensure venue is ready for client prior to an event.
- Operate, troubleshoot and supervise Sports lighting, Event Sound Systems and Swimming Pools operations as per Event requirements.
- Provision of standby Technician for reactive maintenance and adhoc service request.
- Fault coordinator, IBMS monitoring and dispatch of FM related activities pre, actual and post Event.
