Job Description Summary
As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll assist the Onboarding & Support Team by coordinating the flow of requests that come in from HelpHub, Support Inboxes, SMF Collection, COI compliance and the Ask for Help queue. About the Role:
- Lead in reviewing incoming emails. Redirecting or solving the inquiries for our vendors and users.
- Manage incoming requests from HelpHub filtering them to the correct SME for guidance in the PTO tech stack.
- Drive increased collections on SMF via quick communication with vendors who are seeking clarity on how and why it needs to be paid.
- Coordinate the collection COIs to ensure vendors are in compliance with Risk Management Standards. Increase compliance ratings for each business unit by 5% each quarter.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support ongoing procurement activities such as the Ask for Help queue, Supplier Onboarding, vendor reporting and more.
- Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.
About You:
- Experience in customer service, internal IT support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, ServiceNow/HelpHub, PowerBI.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- H.S. Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree 0-1 years
