Job Description

This role reports to the Building Manager / Assistant Building Manager and works closely with internal operational teams, the Authority, and relevant external agencies. The Quality Service Manager is responsible for managing all public feedback and correspondence channels, ensuring:

  • Timely, accurate, and professional handling of public enquiries, feedback, and complaints

  • Compliance with Authority service standards, escalation protocols, and contractual KPIs

  • Consistent service quality reflects the Authority’s professionalism

  • Proper tracking, reporting, and resolution of all customer interactions
