Job Description Summary
As part of our Finance team, you’ll ensure the accuracy, governance, and reliability of the financial data that underpins our operations. You’ll work across key systems including JDE, MRI and MyBuildings, supporting stakeholders across Finance, Property, Facilities, and Client teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, problem‑solving, and improving processes that keep a global business running smoothly.

Due to client contractual obligations, Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
What You’ll Do
Manage Master Data Requests for customers, vendors, employees, and properties
Maintain the Master Data inbox, resolving queries promptly and accurately
Create and update records to ensure data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable
Support client transitions, data collection, cleansing, validation, and analysis
Identify data quality issues and drive improvements through error detection and process optimisation
Maintain and enhance data capture forms, work instructions, and training materials
Collaborate with internal teams including AP/AR, Property & Facilities Managers, Corporate Finance, and auditors
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across data governance and system processes
What You Bring
2+ years’ experience in Database Administration or Data Management
Strong IT capability with high proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL
Experience with JDE or other ERP/Accounting systems (highly regarded)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and data processing ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Economics, IT, or related discipline (advantageous)
