Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for generating the schedule for the project and tracking of the same basis site inputs and coordination with the team for sharing and highlighting the Look Ahead and anticipated delays, Risk and its mitigations plan.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software - Microsoft Project
  • Generate Reports considering the tracking of the schedule and site inputs.
  • Define the work breakdown structure (WBS), milestones, and dependencies for each project phase.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates and track expenditures against the budget.
  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and prevent overallocation.
  • Has to coordinate with the Site team and take inputs on regular basis and also align for site visits as required, to review the actual work progress.

About You:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Project Planning and Execution
  • Experience in project planning and coordination
  • Proven track record in site execution, project scheduling and coordinating with all the stake holders.
  • Generating Weekly and Monthly Reports highlighting all project related details
