This is a key role partnering closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance, deliver high‑quality reporting, and support the successful delivery of a major national healthcare client contract.
Job Description
The Opportunity
As the Finance Business Partner, you will work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and Account Director to ensure the effective financial management of the healthcare portfolio. You will be responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and providing commercial insights that support operational decision‑making.
This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about using numbers to tell a story.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly financial reporting, including KPI monitoring, P&L review, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Translate financial data into meaningful insights for executive and operational stakeholders.
Partner with business streams to deliver annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including bottom‑up cost builds across the property portfolio.
Identify risks, opportunities, and initiatives to support financial performance.
Own finance-related controls, including SOX compliance, and liaise with internal/external auditors.
Manage contract profitability and support the Annual Operating Plan.
Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to support operational excellence.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and client audiences.

You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively, and you’re confident challenging assumptions to achieve the best outcomes for the client and Cushman & Wakefield.
Experience & Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA, CFA, or CA).
Strong experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance.
Proven ability to present financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of AASB16 Lease Accounting.
Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills; Anaplan and JDE experience advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
