Facility Executive_Soft
Daily Operations Management – Oversee day today facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of all services Coordinating with housekeeping, security, pantry and maintenance teams for service delivery. Vendor coordination – Supervise Vendor staff and ensure adherence to agreed service levels & verify quality of work. Maintenance Oversight – Monitor preventative and breakdown maintenance of electrical plumbing, HVAC and other systems with the help of technical team. Raise service requests and ensure timely closure of maintenance complaints. Housekeeping & Hygiene – Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, washrooms, cafeteria and common areas. Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists. Client and employee Support – Address and resolve employee or client related facility issues promptly. Support in handling escalations and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, tools and consumables. Track movement and maintenance of assets and equipment. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statuary compliance. Maintain daily, Weekly, and monthly facility reports. Update attendance sheets, maintenance logs and checklists. Assist in handling mailroom, Visitor management and conference room set ups. Support in managing access cards and front office coordination.
