About the Role:

  • Oversee daily M&E operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, BMS) and ensure all maintenance is carried out according to schedules, SOPs, and safety standards.

  • Lead and manage managers/engineers, including recruitment and performance, and oversee contractors and vendors for outsourced services.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, attend meetings, and provide regular reports on operations, performance, and improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations through audits and inspections, manage incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement, while driving cost optimisation, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (building services/facilities preferred), with 7–10 years of M&E facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.

  • Strong expertise in M&E systems and local codes/standards (e.g., Fire Code, WSH), with good leadership, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/CAFM systems, with the ability to travel across sites and respond to emergencies when required.
