Role Overview
As a Working Student within the Valuation Department, you will support the valuation team in preparing high-quality real estate valuation reports and market analyses. This role offers hands-on exposure to professional valuation work, market research, and financial analysis within an international consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support valuers in the preparation of commercial real estate valuation reports
Collect, analyze, and structure market data (transactions, rents, yields, market trends)
Assist with financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and income capitalization analyses
Conduct market and location research across various property sectors
Help maintain internal databases and valuation tools
Support administrative and reporting tasks related to valuation assignments
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
Candidate Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Studies, or a related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Interest in commercial real estate and valuation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Dutch
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Able to work independently as well as within a team
