Role Overview

As a Working Student within the Valuation Department, you will support the valuation team in preparing high-quality real estate valuation reports and market analyses. This role offers hands-on exposure to professional valuation work, market research, and financial analysis within an international consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support valuers in the preparation of commercial real estate valuation reports

  • Collect, analyze, and structure market data (transactions, rents, yields, market trends)

  • Assist with financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and income capitalization analyses

  • Conduct market and location research across various property sectors

  • Help maintain internal databases and valuation tools

  • Support administrative and reporting tasks related to valuation assignments

  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Studies, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Interest in commercial real estate and valuation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Dutch

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
