About The Role:
- Manage site-level client engagement and relationship oversight.
- Serve as the key contact point for clients, supporting onboarding and enhancing communication.
- Identify issues, support service recovery, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Assist schools in environmental programmes and sustainability initiatives.
- Organise engagement sessions and support events related to FM, safety, and sustainability.
- Support QA/QC teams in conducting routine checks and inspections.
About You:
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in client engagement, facilities management, or operations support (preferably within education or institutional environments).
- Experience serving as a primary point of contact, including supporting client onboarding and maintaining effective communication channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational issues, support service recovery efforts, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Exposure to environmental programmes and sustainability initiatives, with the ability to support and engage stakeholders in such efforts.
- Experience organising and coordinating engagement sessions, events, or activities related to facilities management (FM), safety, or sustainability.
