Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Assistant Asset Manager to support asset management activities across a complex property portfolio.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate asset registers, condition data and maintenance records.
Monitor asset condition, defects and performance trends across the portfolio.
Support lifecycle planning forward works programs and capital planning activities.
Coordinate asset information updates following inspections, maintenance and project handovers.
Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management and Projects teams to support operational and investment outcomes.
Assist with asset reporting, governance and audit readiness activities.
Identify opportunities to improve asset data quality, systems and processes.
About You
Experience in asset management, facilities management, engineering or related roles.
Understanding of asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments and maintenance management.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to interpret asset data and provide practical operational insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Property or related discipline preferred.
