Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and operationally focused Precinct Facilities Manager to support facilities management services across a high-profile precinct portfolio.

Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day facilities management services including planned and reactive maintenance.
Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure safety, compliance and service quality standards are met.
Monitor asset condition, defects and maintenance priorities across assigned precincts.
Work closely with onsite Helpdesk teams to manage maintenance requests and work orders.
Support events and precinct operations, including inspections, temporary works and post-event rectification.
Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory and operational requirements.
Provide operational reporting, issue escalation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
3+ years’ experience in facilities management or building operations.
Experience working within complex, public-facing or precinct environments.
Strong understanding of maintenance delivery, contractor coordination and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced operational environments.
Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline preferred.
