Job Description Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Procurement Manager to support strategic sourcing, category management, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and overall operations for procurement activities within scope across a regional corporate account environment.

About the Role:
Lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across indirect procurement categories, including professional services, facilities management, and operational support services.
Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including supplier sourcing, RFP/tender management, contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance management.
Drive cost optimization initiatives through commercial analysis, savings tracking, and procurement governance while balancing operational and stakeholder requirements.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to manage procurement risks, support decision-making, and deliver procurement transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend data, and leverage procurement tools and technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance across procurement operations.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related discipline.
Ideally minimum 3–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or indirect purchasing within corporate or multinational environments.
Strong experience managing services procurement (not direct goods/logistics procurement), ideally within facilities management, banking, financial services, or corporate accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with proven exposure to cost savings initiatives, contract negotiations, budgeting, and vendor management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication (English & local language), and analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and procurement systems/tools.
