Key Responsibilities
- Great and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
- Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Support HR and administration activities such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and employee records
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams
- Prepare reports, MIS data, and administrative documents as needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain office discipline
- Assist management with operational and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
