Job Description Summary
This role is responsible to oversee and expedite project procurement, manage package lifecycles, and ensure seamless contract closures. The primary focus is to maintain the project’s momentum by bridging the gap between procurement milestones and site execution through rigorous monitoring and documentation.

About the Role:
- Procurement Expediting: Proactively track and accelerate the procurement lifecycle to ensure all long-lead items and materials arrive as per the project schedule.
- Package Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end progress of specific work packages (Civil/MEP/General Works), identifying bottlenecks early to prevent delays.
- Package Closure: Manage the systematic closure of packages, ensuring all contractual, financial, and technical obligations are met as per the master schedule.
- Progress Review: Conduct regular review meetings with contractors and stakeholders to track physical vs. planned progress.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project logs, daily/weekly status reports, and executive dashboards to provide clear visibility to the management.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
- Lead consultants must possess 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project material scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), contract management, and BOQ verification.
- Zero-delay procurement and handover of designated work packages.
- Accurate, verified reports on certified Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for billing and reconciliation.
- Comprehensive monthly monitoring reports including package-wise status, health checks, and "S-curves."
- Finalized and signed-off contract closure documentation, including as-built approvals and final bill certifications.
