Job Description Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Consultant to support procurement tracking, package monitoring, and contract closure activities for infrastructure projects at Dholera.
Job Description
About the Role:
• Expedite procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress of Civil, MEP, and General Works packages against project schedules.
• Manage package closure activities including documentation, compliance, and handover.
• Conduct progress review meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project schedules, MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates using MS Project/Primavera.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Review BOQs, contracts, and technical documents to support project controls and compliance.
• Track project risks, delays, and corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera.
• Knowledge of BOQ, procurement tracking, and contract management.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
