Job Description Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading a team to execute complex construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational quality and safety standards. This role oversees project planning, contractor management, financial performance, and stakeholder communication across multiple active job sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership - Leading a team of direct reports and providing direction for all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
- Contractor Oversight - Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with scope, safety, and performance expectations.
- Budget & Cost Control - Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, approve invoices, and forecast financial impacts. Assist with development of annual budget during capital prioritization.
- Risk Management - Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular updates to leadership, clients, and cross‑functional teams; prepare reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Quality Assurance - Ensure all work meets company standards, contract requirements, and industry best practices.
- Team Development - Mentor project managers, coordinators, and field staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction.
- Proven success managing large scale construction projects $10M+ in value.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or CM-BIM.
- Experience with design‑build, CMAR, or large‑scale capital improvement programs.
- Background in risk‑based scheduling or value engineering.
Work Environment
- Primarily in-office with regular travel to active construction sites.
- Requires ability to navigate uneven terrain, climb ladders, and oversee work in varying weather conditions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 110,500.00 - $130,000.00
