Job Description Summary

The Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing portfolio administration and financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across multiple client accounts. It also leads and develops a team, drives operational improvements, and serves as a key client liaison to maintain strong relationships and achieve business objectives.

About the Role

  • Manage portfolio administration across multiple accounts, ensuring accurate, timely completion of deliverables and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, review financial reports (including straight-line records), and ensure quality and compliance with internal standards before client submission.
  • Lead and develop a team of lease administrators through effective delegation, coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by attending meetings, managing expectations, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with policies (e.g., SOC1, AR/AP), mitigate risks, and provide regular updates, reporting, and support on strategic initiatives to leadership.

ABout You

  • Intermediate knowledge of GAAP, FASB regulations, and financial accounting principles, including cash, accrual, and full GAAP methods.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, portfolio or lease administration, and report review within a client-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor, manage, and develop teams while effectively delegating tasks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging clients and leading discussions or meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, manage risks, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
