Job Description
- Facility Operations & Maintenance: Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Act as the primary contact for third-party service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring services meet company standards
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop operating and capital budgets, manage expenses, and seek ways to reduce energy costs and improve efficiency
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and develop policies to minimize hazards
- Administrative Support: Manage inventory of office supplies, handle building access cards, and manage helpdesk operations
