Job Description Summary
To perform the role to support Commission manager in taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and to ensure that the Client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service.

About the Role:
- Estimating and cost planning
- Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying
- Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification, tender analysis
- Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
About You:
- 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
- Experience with the same background is preferrable.
- Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential, commercial, fit out, Industrial etc.)
- Strong market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.
- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
