Responsibilities include customer relations, quality assurance, problem solving, program element continuous improvement and service delivery. Will assist in new location startups as it relates to the programs.
Title: Senior Program Manager
Focus: Continuous Improvement, Planning/Scheduling Program, Technical Training Program, and Business Support Program.
Location: Remote from home office; travel to client sites and meetings
Salary: up to $120,000 depending on experience and education

What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Ensure adherence to company and client safety programs and expectation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- This position will be responsible for the management, direction, coordination, and performance of Continuous Improvement, Business Support, Planning & Scheduling and Training & Skills Development Programs.
- Budget oversite for these programs.
- Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
- Provides short range/long range planning to include initial overall planning with the Director of Operations, and one-on-one activities with Program Managers and customers.
- Develops and implements quality assurance methods and procedures, overseeing same and assessing quality levels achieved by Program Managers.
- Develops and implements performance metrics and reports progress on same for each Program Manager Team.
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Competencies:
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent personal skills, being able to work effectively with all levels of personnel and client.
- Remains knowledgeable in new product/service delivery and communicates same to Program Managers.
- Development and maintenance of performance metrics records.
- Interact with customer and client personnel to identify customer/client expectations.
- Program content development, review, and continuous improvement.
What Makes Me Qualified?
- Education: Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED. An advanced degree in Business Management is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in program management, with experience in training and planning & scheduling preferred, but not required.
- Accreditation: Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired but not required.
- Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
