Senior EHS & Wellbeing – Workplace & Facilities
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Senior EHS & Wellbeing to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) & Wellbeing practices across a portfolio of corporate office locations and facilities in Indonesia. This role acts as the key EHS subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards while promoting a safe and healthy workplace for employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

About the Role:
Oversee EHS implementation across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal safety standards.
Develop and implement EHS audit programs, track findings, and drive corrective action plans.
Monitor incidents, conduct investigations, and prepare reports for internal and regional stakeholders.
Lead EHS training, awareness programs, and safety campaigns, including workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
Manage EHS data reporting (energy, waste, safety incidents, etc.) and ensure timely submission of monthly reports.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
Ideally minimum 5+ years of experience in EHS, preferably within facilities, corporate, or multi-site environments. Having experience in banking, financial or data center and other critical site environment is an advantage.
Strong understanding of local EHS regulations and compliance frameworks.
Certified AK3 Umum or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus.
Independent, proactive, and confident communicator in both English & Indonesia to engage with both local & regional stakeholders and driving safety initiatives.
