Job Description Summary
This Role is part of PDS-Investors Team, and selected candidates will be working on project management consultancy or construction management projects managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
Job Description
Ensure implementation of all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) practices at site and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement project-specific safety plans, risk assessments and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, safety training and awareness programs.
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and housekeeping.
- Prepare safety reports, incident logs, and near-miss analysis.
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support evacuation drills, emergency preparedness, and fire safety arrangements.
- Maintain documentation required for HSSE audits and statutory compliance.
- Assist in environmental monitoring (waste disposal, spill control, air & noise norms).
About You:
- Certified in safety courses (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
- Strong understanding of industrial and construction safety standards.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
