Job Description Summary
Facilities Manager is responsible for the 24/7 reliability of data center operations by supervising critical electrical and mechanical systems through proactive maintenance and rigorous incident response. You will also manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic planning for system upgrades and facility expansions.

About the Role:
- Supervise the daily operation of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Maintain 24/7 uptime and reliability across all data center facilities.
- Manage incident response, find the root cause of issues, and fix them for good.
- Run preventive and predictive maintenance programs to keep equipment healthy.
- Stay on top of safety rules, government regulations, and audit needs.
- Handle vendor relationships, service contracts, and the operational budget.
- Help with planning for future capacity, upgrading systems, and site expansions.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering (an MBA is a plus).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in facility or infrastructure management, specifically within data centers or other 24/7 critical environments.
- Solid technical knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
- Strong background in compliance and risk, including familiarity with industry standards like Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, and local safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, overseeing vendors, and handling incident response and site performance.
