Security Manager is responsible for developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies while overseeing the optimization of critical infrastructure, including biometric systems, surveillance, and fire suppression. You will lead risk assessments and incident response efforts, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and the seamless integration of physical and cybersecurity protocols.

About the Role:
- Develop and enforce comprehensive physical and logical security policies, ensuring robust access control, surveillance, and multi-layered environmental monitoring.
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of critical security infrastructure, including biometric scanners, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire suppression systems.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and lead high-level incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Maintain strict adherence to industry standards (such as ISO 27001) and manage all documentation and reporting to support internal and external security audits.
- Supervise and train security personnel while collaborating with IT and operations teams to integrate physical security with cybersecurity and disaster recovery protocols.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field; industry-recognized credentials (e.g., CISSP, CPP, or CISM) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in data center or physical security, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing high-performing security teams.
- Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, physical security systems, and environmental controls, paired with a solid understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure in mission-critical environments (Cloud/Hybrid) while ensuring compliance with regulations like ISO 27001.
- Advanced analytical skills for vulnerability mitigation and the ability to remain on-call for emergency response and on-site incident management.
