Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading data-driven decision-making and enhancing the clients' real estate operations. You will act as the aggregator of data, own the technology and data systems, provide training and support to both internal and client teams, and develop tools and reports that simplify team operations and provide informative views of the client data. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a familiarity with common real estate management systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, the Microsoft Power Platform, PowerBI or similar BI and data viz tools, advanced Excel skills, basic finance and accounting concepts, and long-range business planning.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Be the driving force behind the clients' data-driven decision-making by acting as the aggregator of data from various sources while ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
Own the technology and data systems used for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting to help the client leverage their large amounts of data in support of their business goals.
Provide training and support to both internal and client teams on data systems and tools to ensure that they are fully equipped to use them.
Co-own the lease planning process, including front end lease cost forecasting and mark to market data collection and evaluation as well as back-end reporting and presentation development to support the creation of an accurate long range business plan.
Develop and maintain tools and reports that simplify team operations and provide informative views of the client data.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and understanding of the data and how this can be leveraged in support of business goals.
Proactively identify areas for process and system improvements, simplification of data systems, processes, and tools, and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Translate technical data and insights into understandable language for clients and stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including those located in different countries and regions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, real estate, reporting, or a related field
Experience with commercial real estate transaction management or lease administration a plus
Expertise in CoStar Real Estate Manager, Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau/PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Comfort with finance and accounting concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team and with client stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills is a plus
Experience with Tririga is a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
