1. 비용(Expense) 관리

  • 월별 비용 데이터 검토 및 주요 변동 사항 정리
  • 외주업체 관련 비용 검토 및 관리
  • 사내 복리후생/동호회 비용 운영 지원

2. 자금(Bank) 관리

  • 은행 입출금 내역 확인 및 정리

3. 매출 정산(Revenue) 관리

  • 매출채권 관리 및 관련 리포트 작성
  • 일부 부서 매출 Forecast 지원
  • 인보이스 발행 및 세금계산서 처리

4. 세무(VAT) 업무 지원

  • 매입 부가세 데이터 관리 및 정리

5. 리포팅(Reporting)

  • 주요 영업 및 성과 데이터 정리 및 관리
  • 정기 리포트 작성 및 업데이트 (Excel 기반)
  • 데이터 시각화 및 분석 지원 (Power BI 활용 가능)

6. 기타 업무

  • 법인카드 사용 내역 관리
  • 기타 팀 운영 관련 행정 업무 지원

자격요건

-회계 관련 업무 2년 이상

-엑셀 능숙자

-영어 사용 가능자(쓰기, 읽기)

근무형태

-산휴대체 계약직(2026.08-2027.03, 8개월)

About the role

Key Responsibilities

1. Expense Management

  • Review monthly expense data and summarize key variances
  • Support vendor-related expense review and management
  • Assist in managing internal welfare/club-related expenses

2. Bank Management

  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions

3. Revenue Management

  • Manage accounts receivable and prepare related reports
  • Support revenue forecasting for selected business units
  • Issue invoices and process tax invoices

4. VAT Support

  • Manage and organize input VAT data

5. Reporting

  • Maintain and update key business and performance data
  • Prepare and update regular reports (primarily using Excel)
  • Support data visualization and analysis (Power BI experience is a plus)

6. General Administration

  • Manage corporate card expenses
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

About you

-2 years+ of relevant experience

-Proficient in MS Excel

-English skills : reading and writing

Fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover, 2026.08 – 2027.03, 8 months)
