Job Description Summary

As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Production Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more. The role provides timely, consistent, and high-quality production design outputs, working within the framework of existing designs and branded templates.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Produce template-based design deliverables (e.g., proposals, presentations, flyers, brochures) aligned with brand standards.

  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe InDesign to execute requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers to clarify task requirements, expectations, and deadlines.

  • Proactively develop skills using available resources and seek opportunities for growth.

  • Identify and escalate team improvement opportunities and contribute to solution development.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or relevant, with strong creative and production skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with email marketing tools is a plus.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
