Job Description Summary
As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Production Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more. The role provides timely, consistent, and high-quality production design outputs, working within the framework of existing designs and branded templates.

About the Role:
Produce template-based design deliverables (e.g., proposals, presentations, flyers, brochures) aligned with brand standards.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe InDesign to execute requests accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with supervisors and peers to clarify task requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
Proactively develop skills using available resources and seek opportunities for growth.
Identify and escalate team improvement opportunities and contribute to solution development.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or relevant, with strong creative and production skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
