The Intern will support the capital market Department in documentation, data management, preparing IMs and sourcing supply as per team requirement. The role provides hands‑on exposure to real estate processes and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role:
Support preparation, review, and filing of and documents
Maintain and update databases for property listings, occupancy status, and rental records
Participate in property inspections and prepare inspection summaries
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Facility teams for lease-related activities
Conduct basic market research on pricing trends and competitor properties
Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards

About You:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and internal teams.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, schedules, and multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn leasing/property management systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with tenant inquiries, follow-ups, and property visits.
