Job Description Summary
The EMEA Salesforce Training & Change Lead will be working within the Enterprise Delivery & CRM team, reporting to the Director - APAC and EMEA Advisory Experience. Responsible for the delivery of EMEA adoption strategies, training requirements, change management, and the management of training resources to support business and project requirements. This role will work closely with the Global Product Owners to ensure the business is getting best value from the platform. Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Director - APAC & EMEA Advisory experience and Product Owners to ensure our regional strategies are being delivered, and the business is getting value from the platform.
Work as a business partner to gain full understanding of business process and map that to platform by provide functional requirements.
Responsible for the management of Key stakeholders, influencers, and country / business line champions across Asia Pacific
Build solid relationships with the userbase to ensure communication pathway are established
Providing deployment, project and change management support & training to business users
Provide group and 1:1 training for end users at all levels of the business
Provide onboarding training for new users
Develop Change Management plans to support adoption, deployments, and projects
Build communication plans to support change management activities for deployment & projects
UAT support for users during BAU releases and Project releases
Accountabilities
Ensure our userbase understands the platform capabilities through Training and Coaching
Drive adoption across platforms and positive experiences for our userbase
Development of Change Management Plans to support business strategy, BAU releases & projects
Creation & Delivery of communications to support CMPs, Training & Onboarding, Deployments & Projects
Attributes
Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of platform and business process when delivering training and dealing with business
Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Must possess strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among team members
Ability to work independently to define concepts, communications, and training materials
Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA as required for training and stakeholder engagement.

Proactively review processes to innovate and continuously improve the processes and workplace experience
Background and Experience
2+ years’ working with Salesforce
Experience creating and delivering training & communications
Experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC or CRM projects
Multilingual skills, preference for French, Dutch, and German, to support regional engagement.
Background in real estate and/or marketing, bringing industry-specific insights to Salesforce adoption.
Experience in EMEA markets and understanding of regional nuances.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Prosci Change Manager Certified (Preferred)
Experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC and CRM projects
Experience in creating communications plans, writing comms for multiple regions and stakeholders
Experience creating content for training materials
