ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment, electrical and plumbing systems for all assigned properties.
Conduct building tours, maintain equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action.
Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the critical environments as well as operational and comfort needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable.
Be proficient in the functionality of the BMS/EMS and understand the sequences required for proper building, equipment, and system operations.
Work with engineers, contractors, and consultants in evaluating the proper operation of the building systems.
Maintain a professional, safe, and clean environment.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs.
Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule and maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned, assisting other tradesmen, and emergency repairs.
Completes work in accordance with C&W Services Business Systems Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
Create and maintain all operational SOPs for site specific equipment and systems.
Mentor / train assigned apprentices.
REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
Five to seven years’ Experience operating central plant.
Experience working with DDC and pneumatic controls
Experience working with capital construction projects.
Education or training in HVAC, refrigeration, and controls
Indiana Refrigeration Technician License 5 Plus years Required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong writing skills required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 25lbs frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally
Climb and work off ladders and aerial lifts safely.
Observant which requires seeing, hearing, and smelling

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $25.50 - $30.00
