Job Description
The Electrical role delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services at the Waikeria Prison site,
deliver tasks within contracted time frames in accordance with Cushman & Wakefield HSSE Q&R practices and Site Specific Operative Document procedures. The focus will be on the delivery of the reactive and preventative maintenance requirements as raised by the corrections staff at the facility.

JOB PURPOSE
To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service to Cushman & Wakefield clients through the effective maintenance of Prison facilities within contracted KPI time frames.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Complete Maintenance Technician work orders (planned maintenance and reactive work) as required, ensuring completed work orders are closed upon completion.
Proactively identify maintenance issues and escalate to supervisor or manager
Complete all site specific documentation on a daily basis.
Adhere to HSSE Q & R policies, site operational procedures and legislative requirements
Any other duties according to competency and certification, as required.
Rostered call out duties, ensuring call outs are managed in line with KPI requirements
Shift work (including weekends) that may be instigated as required
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three years maintenance experience, with at least two years commercial maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Minimum of five years’ work experience
Drivers licence
Trade qualified with NZ Registration
Current Electrical license “no limits”
Commercial maintenance experience
Controls system experience (preferred)
Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets
Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms qualified (preferred)
