The Project Manager supports the delivery of real estate development and fit-out projects from early technical advisory and Technical Due Diligence through to completion and handover. Working closely with clients and project teams, the role helps manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk while applying technical knowledge and commercial awareness to deliver successful project outcomes.
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial real estate development and fit-out projects, contributing throughout the project lifecycle from early feasibility and technical advisory to project completion and handover.
Working closely with occupiers, investors, and landlords, you will provide technical and project management support while building your expertise in the Swedish real estate and construction market. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and develop strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for a project person looking to further develop their project management skills in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while contributing to the continued growth of the Project & Development Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk requirements
Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from early technical and commercial advice to project completion
Coordinate procurement activities and manage consultants and contractors in line with Swedish regulations and market practices
Conduct Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assignments, identifying project risks, costs, constructability considerations, and opportunities for improvement
Provide practical recommendations to help deliver cost-effective and high-quality project outcomes
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to a high level of client satisfaction
Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the Project & Development Services offering in Sweden
Collaborate with and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
2–5 years of experience within commercial real estate, architecture, interior design, construction fit-out, or office projects in Sweden
Experience working with occupiers, investors, and/or landlords is an advantage
Good knowledge of Swedish building regulations, procurement processes, and construction standards
Comfortable working independently and engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Fluent in Swedish, with a very good command of English
