Job Description Summary
The (Senior) Business Analyst – Sales & Pursuits plays a key role in driving sales excellence and supporting client pursuits across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role focuses on building the intelligence, insights and tools that enable sales leaders and pursuits teams to win more work. The Analyst works closely with regional Sales Enablement, Pursuits and Business Development Services (BDS) teams to develop and maintain client intelligence, conduct market analyses and strengthen pursuit playbooks that sharpen our competitive edge and strengthen client relationships. The role combines research, analysis, storytelling, and data-driven insights to support strategic pursuits, build repeatable best-practice frameworks and identify opportunities to grow share of wallet with target clients. While the primary focus will be on the Asia Pacific region, this role may be required to collaborate with other regions including Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as the Americas, with the intent of sharing insights and best-practices.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 7 – 10 Principal Responsibilities
Business analyst responsibilities will include:
- BDS Sales Enablement and ATR Sales Leadership to capture and maintain robust pipeline with healthy distribution of short-, medium- and long-term opportunities, including but not limited to qualification protocols for RFPs, profitability assessments, competitors' client mapping
- (Salesforce) with proactive sessions to update and identify key targets
- tools (like Beacon & CuSearch) to identify key trends that sharpen the sales focus and improve win rates; and communicates performance to leadership
- For the identified 4-5 key accounts, work with designated account leads and support building reports, dashboards within Salesforce to map and refine process of engagement to drive further growth
The Business analyst responsibilities will include:
- Pursuit Intelligence: Develop tailored research and client intelligence packs that inform bid strategy, competitive positioning, and client engagement
- Competitive & Market Analysis: Analyse competitors, client portfolios, and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Sales Enablement Assets: Support the broader Sales Enablement team to create and maintain playbooks, proposal templates, and pursuit libraries that promote consistent, high-quality delivery
- Strategic Account Support: Support key account initiatives through targeted insights, dashboards and account planning materials
- Pipeline Management – support the tracking and management of sales pipelines to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely progress through the pipeline.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Translate complex data and research into actionable insights and visually engaging presentations
- Innovation – conduct external research on industry best practice, competitor strategies and emerging technologies. Explore innovative solutions, including tools and technologies, to enhance sales processes and strategies.
- Tools & Reporting: Support the maintenance and enhancement of dashboards and reports (including Salesforce and Power BI) to track pursuits and communicate performance metrics
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Organic Growth Teams to improve our sales processes and outcomes
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – maintain updated documentation of processes, insights and project outcomes. Share best practices and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Analysts:
- Project Management: Participate in project management activities including scoping and estimation, delivery and progress reporting and ensure timely execution aligned with strategic objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Play a role in mentoring junior analysts, reviewing their work, providing feedback and supporting their development

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Provide demonstrated background experience, minimum amount of education required, legally required qualifications or licenses
- Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, market research, business development, or strategy.
- Senior Analyst: 4–7 years of experience supporting complex pursuits, account strategy, or sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in professional services or real estate advantageous.
