Associate / Sr. Associate – Cost Monitoring Civil

The Civil & Finishes Engineer will support the delivery of civil, architectural, and interior finishes works across pre‑construction, construction, and project closure phases. The role involves design coordination, quantity and cost inputs, site execution monitoring, and quality control, while working closely with the Project Manager, cost management team, MEP engineers, contractors, and client representatives.

About the Role:

• Review architectural and interior design drawings

• Assist in preparation of quantity take-offs and preliminary estimates for civil and finishes packages.

• Support validation of budgets and cost plans against design development.

• Provide inputs for rate analysis and benchmarking of key finishes and materials.

• Assist in preparing pre-tender estimates.

• Review contractor quotations

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and MEP teams to resolve site execution and interface issues.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and method statements.

• Assist in verification of Running Account (RA) bills for civil and finishes packages.

• Validate quantities executed and materials used against approved documents.

• Support identification and tracking of variations and change orders.

• Maintain records for early warning items impacting cost or schedule.

• Provide inputs for monthly progress and cost reporting.

• Contribute to the accurate estimation and management of project costs

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.

• 3–4 years of experience in civil and interior finishes execution.

• Exposure to commercial interiors, corporate offices, or refurbishment projects preferred.

• Experience working with PMC / design consultants / real estate advisory firms is an advantage.
