Job Description Summary

The Change Analyst supports the successful delivery of organizational change initiatives by assisting with change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking. The role works closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and change leaders to ensure employees are prepared for and effectively adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. The Change Analyst also supports governance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to drive successful change outcomes.

About The Role:

  • Support the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives across business and technology transformation programs.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify how changes affect employees, processes, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate change readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared for upcoming changes.
  • Develop and distribute change communications, leadership updates, FAQs, and engagement materials.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training programs to drive user adoption and capability building.
  • Track and monitor change adoption metrics, training participation, stakeholder engagement, and readiness levels.
  • Analyze change data and provide insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to support successful change implementation.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions, including preparation of agendas, materials, and meeting notes.
  • Support governance reporting by preparing dashboards, status updates, and change progress reports.
  • Maintain change management templates, toolkits, repositories, and documentation to ensure consistency and standardization.
  • Identify potential adoption challenges, resistance points, and change risks, and help develop mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing change management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the Change Lead in delivering change management activities across multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key contributor in driving employee engagement, business readiness, and successful adoption of new ways of working.

About You:

  • 2-3 yrs experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives across business and technology projects.
  • Skilled in conducting change impact assessments and identifying stakeholder impacts associated with change programs.
  • Experienced in developing and executing communication plans, leadership updates, FAQs, and change-related materials.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and building relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in coordinating training programs, tracking participation, and supporting business readiness activities.
  • Experienced in monitoring change adoption metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Skilled in preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and governance updates for project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Adept at identifying change risks, resistance points, and supporting mitigation strategies to improve adoption outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experienced in facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions while tracking actions and decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about helping employees successfully adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
