Assistant Maintenance Manager RISE – Development Program

RISE is a development program recent college graduates who want to rise into their first account operations leadership role as an Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM).

The program is cohort-based and runs several weeks, a blend of classroom and on-the-job time with emphasis given to operational Assistant Maintenance Manager SOW training, leadership skill development, relationship building with site C&W Services teams and learning from SMEs and leaders in role. Developing our Extraordinary People is a critical way we invest in our people and set them up for success so they can rise to take on a leadership role. RISE is our way to consistently challenge and ready top talent for the AMM role.
