Our Early in Career Program nurtures interns' learning, development, and well-being. We partner with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to create a vibrant, inclusive campus community. The program offers year-end project opportunities, staff attachments, and open house tours with industry leaders. Our goal is to support students' academic and professional growth while strengthening ties with the academic community, shaping the future of our industry and society.

Your role as an intern

Liaise with HR to confirm start dates.
- Liaise with the Graduate Program Director to ensure workstation (laptop) is set up
- Participate in rotation specific training provided by Graduate Program Leader
Participate in business unit induction with Business Unit Leader
- Submit your Development Plan to first rotation Business Unit Leader
- Meet your new teammates
Participate in all meetings and activities
- Demonstrate initiative and ensure you are fully occupied with
sufficient and stimulating work - be proactive, ask questions - Meet regularly with the Graduate Program Director to provide
periodic feedback
Complete post rotational review form and return to Graduate Program Director
- Actively participate in post rotation review meeting with
Graduate Program Director
