Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The individual will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

About the Role:
- Lead and manage the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation through handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and execution plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, material planning, and contractor performance to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project governance frameworks.
- Manage site activities, resolve technical issues, and provide timely solutions to project challenges.
- Conduct regular project reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
About You:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Corporate Workplace, or High-End Interior Projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, quality control, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing Civil and/or MEP works for commercial projects.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, vendor management, and contract coordination.
- Strong understanding of project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
