Job Description Summary
Responsible for driving transformation opportunities to meet business needs across Investors Services. Requires independent business interactions across cross functional teams with ability to gather and evaluate requirements, quantify business value of opportunities, design efficient and effective processes, and pilot and implement robust solutions.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leadership to identify strategic priorities and define the transformation vision and roadmap
- Leverage multiple transformation levers to drive optimization (e.g. automation, operating model redesign, shared services, AI etc.)
- Manage teams and lead execution of projects, maintain and utilize relationships as well as communication of value proposition
- Lead, coach and develop Analysts, providing day to day leadership and career development
- Perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions to a variety of organizational issues.
- Prepare and / or coordinate complex written presentation materials
- Serve as trusted advisor to business leadership
- Organize and communicate data in a meaningful way
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6-10 years of related professional work experience (experience working for a global organization is preferred)
- Preference for experience delivering automation / AI and shared services projects
- Management experience – small team
- Strong project management skills
- Significant process improvement experience
- Ability to assess granular level details to facilitate strategic high-level decision making
- Excellent communication skills / relationship management/ client facing / influence decision making
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis including ability draw conclusions/ glean insights / tell a story through data
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Relationship management; ability to partner and influence at all levels within an organization
- Strong project management capabilities to plan, organize, deliver projects on time and on budget
- Ability to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 136,000.00 - $160,000.00
