Job Description Summary
• Maintains soft services equipment’s and vendor people deployed in the building/property. The person should posses knowledge of Housekeeping, Pantry, Inventory, Front Desk, Horticulture, Security etc. areas and should have thorough knowledge on their processes and daily operations. • Regularly communicate with staff at all levels in all departments and subsidiaries, ensuring vital health and safety information and company policies are shared on a timely basis • Manage efficiently maintenance and statutory inspections of all facilities, including register, inventory, emergency systems and all building infrastructure, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and regular reporting • Maintain a range building related records and service agreements • Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities • Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager
