2.3 – Quality & Checking

  • Self-check calculations and drawings before review, following Hub QA procedures.
  • Record design assumptions, inputs and changes clearly.
  • Support peer review of other team members’ work as experience develops.
  • Contribute to the Hub’s library of calculation tools, templates and standard details.

2.4 – Delivery & Communication

  • Communicate clearly with hub office engineers across time zones, including joining project calls where required.
  • Record time accurately against project scopes.

2.5 – Development & Collaboration

  • Develop technical depth in own discipline and broaden into new building types, including data centres, as the Hub grows.
  • Work collaboratively across the Hub and with hub office project teams.
  • Support a collaborative, accountable and delivery-focused team culture.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering, with progress toward professional registration or chartership considered an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a design consultancy, engineering consultancy, or engineering design role, supporting the delivery of building and infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural engineering design principles, with proficiency in discipline-specific design and analysis software, as well as working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience contributing to the design of commercial, healthcare, industrial, data center, mission-critical, or other technically complex building projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international project teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.
